Privacy Policy

The Luis Vives Foundation, with C.I.F. G-78649746, according to the Organic Law 15/1999 dated December 13th for the Protection of Personal Data and the Royal Decree 994/1999, which approves the Regulation of Security Measures for Automated Files containing Personal Data, has taken the required measures and safety standards for data protection.

The data that has been collected are automated processed and incorporated into a file owned by the Luis Vives Foundation, who is also the Responsible of that file. This file is registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection with code the 2060720061. Such data are used for the purpose of managing users to the requested service, and will in any case, adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purpose for which they are collected.

The completion of the form in the office (or web form) involves the express consent of the data holder to the inclusion of their personal data in the automated file referred above.

The data holder may exercise their rights of access, changing, cancellation and opposition under the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13th and other applicable regulations to this effect by sending a request signed by him, with a photocopy of his identity card to the following address: Plaza de Oriente 7, Bajo izq. 28013, Madrid, attn PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, or by any other way allowing recognize the identity of the customer exercising any of these rights. In any case, the Luis Vives Foundation undertakes to inform the owner of the data in these variations that may arise from the exercise of the rights above, including cancellation.

The Luis Vives Foundation guarantees the confidentiality of the information contained in the file. All private communications between the Luis Vives Foundation and their users will be treated as confidential. Similarly, any information that could be exchanged by the parts will have the status of confidential.

The Luis Vives Foundation reserves the right to change their privacy policy unilaterally and without notice, always in accordance with current regulations. Done the change, data holders will be informed by e-mail, or any other equivalent ways.
