The Luis Vives Foundation data privacy and protection policy

As provided under Act 15/99 on the Protection of Personal Data and under Royal Decree 1720/2007, we inform you that your data are going to form part of a file owned by the Luis Vives Foundation, which is likewise the party Responsible for the file mentioned that will be processed in order to be able to provide the services requested by you and that is duly recorded in the Spanish Data Protection Agency. By filling in your data, you authorise the Luis Vives Foundation to include your data in that file, and to use them and process them in an automated form or otherwise, for managing and recording your relations with the Luis Vives Foundation.

Likewise you authorise your personal data to be processed for the purpose of sending out information about activities and services of the Luis Vives Foundation by any means, unless you expressly indicate in the appropriate box that you do not wish to receive any information.

In accordance with what is provided for under the Act, the Luis Vives Foundation undertakes to fulfil its obligation of secrecy regarding the personal data, and is committed to the duty to keep them and will adopt the necessary measures for avoiding the alteration, loss, processing thereof or non-authorised access thereto, taking into account at all times the state of technology. Likewise it will establish the contracts and confidentiality commitments with those third parties that, on the basis of a legal relationship, gain access to these personal data in order to manage the service requested by you.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection in accordance with the provisions of Constitutional Act 15/1999, of 13 December, and other regulations applicable thereto, by sending a request signed by you, accompanied by a photocopy of your national ID card, to the following address: Calle Doctor Zamenhof no. 36 Dpdo Bajo 28027, Madrid, to the attention of TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES, or by any other means that enables the identity of the user who exercises any of the above rights to be recognised. In any event, the Luis Vives Foundation undertakes to inform the data owner of variations in them that may derive from the exercise of the above rights, including their cancellation.

The Luis Vives Foundation reserves the right to modify its privacy policy unilaterally and without prior notice, always in accordance with current regulations. Once the change has been made, the owners of the data will be informed by email or any other equivalent means.
