WORK LIFE BALANCE AND CSR. ORGANIZATIONAL FOCUSING

Summary

The work life balance is influenced by two areas: the internal aspects, nourished from familiar, social groups factors and individual personality; and the external, that includes the general environment of the company (regulatory regulations) and the labour relations based on the agreement between the affected parts (businessman and employee). The object of this study centres on the analysis of the responsibility assumed by the company on the work life balance, specifically, it focus on the possible organizational factors influence on the work life balance. The analyzed factors are: the elements of the organizational structure (working place, hierarchic level, organizational area and micro and macro aspects of the organizational structure), the cultural elements (responsibility and organization flexibility) and the elements of management.
