Summary

By the end of the 80’s and the beginning of 90’s, world had experimented an increase in the relevance of environmental issues. The stakeholders demand to promote sustainable developments requires modern organizations to be more transparent in providing information. In this paper we describe how to improve the management communication through the development of a Guide to the Sustainability Report in the Port System. We propose a series of recommendations to facilitate their process of elaboration. The methodology used in this study is qualitative.
